By having an initial face-to face meeting, we can best access your needs and see if we are on track by looking at properties immediately on my laptop. In addition, I consider our first meeting the perfect opportunity to ask all your real estate questions and decide if I am the buyer agent for you.

No Fees

I have heard from past buyers that agents have asked for an upfront fee for their services. Rest assured, there is no fee for my services. When we find the home you have been looking for, it is the responsibility of the seller and seller's agent to pay what is termed a 'buyer agency fee.' In short, I don't get paid until we close on your new home.
